During Spring Break in March 2006, 14 students from Newman and Father Tom Lindner, along with Father Carl McCarthy and four of his parishioners from western Kentucky, spent a week assisting with Hurricane Katrina recovery efforts in Biloxi, Miss.  This page features links to reflections by the students who participated, as well as to other information about the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina and what is happening there now.
